Adam OckmanBoard of FinanceMy name is Adam Ockman, and I am running to be a member of Hebron’s Board of Finance. I am confident that I can provide a new perspective to the Board of Finance, to better represent all of the people of Hebron. I work as an actuary with twenty-one years of experience in the life insurance and annuity industry. After living in Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, I moved to Hebron with my wife ten years ago in 2013. We have a young son who is thriving in the excellent school system here in town. We live in Amston with our two cats. Many of you will recognize me from the local after school activities. Some Sundays, you might see me out volunteering at the Swap Shack (lately, with a lot of sunscreen)! In the wintertime, we love to ski. Like so many others in town, we love that Hebron is a great place to raise a family - this is why we moved here. That's why I'm running to preserve the investments we make in the safety of our residents, in the quality of life in the town, and in the education of the next generation so that they can compete in the global workplace. This can be done while also preserving the taxpayers’ value, through open communication and collaboration across the town’s boards and departments. I appreciate your consideration, and I hope to have your support this fall.
