Catherine McSweeney Zoning Board of Appeals (Alternate) Cathy is a UConn graduate and retired computer programmer with experience in insurance and wealth management software.  She has lived in Hebron since 1996 and her daughter attended the schools in Hebron and graduated from RHAM High School in 2009.   Cathy is  currently volunteering as Treasurer for a local nonprofit, and as Secretary for the Democratic Town Committee.   She is currently an Alternate on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
