Presently, as an IT Development Supervisor for the State of Connecticut’s Department of Developmental Services, Jan has spent the past 13 years streamlining systems that support some of our most vulnerable residents. Before that, Jan built and ran multiple successful retail specialty toy store businesses across Connecticut—experience that gives him firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing local entrepreneurs and working families.
A proud Hebron resident and parent, Jan’s son graduated from the Hebron school system. He has given back to the community as a youth baseball, basketball, and soccer coach, helping to shape the next generation both on and off the field.
Jan is running for the Board of Selectmen to: - Strengthen and modernize Hebron’s schools and infrastructure
- Develop a vibrant and accessible town center
- Expand affordable housing options
- Reduce the tax burden on residents
